The website host may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.

Information you choose to provide

Inquiry forms ask for basic contact information, an area of interest, and a short description of what you need. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, credit reports, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive records through a website form.

Credit-report review

Key Navigation does not pull credit. When a credit-report review is relevant to a paid service, the client obtains their own reports through AnnualCreditReport.com and provides them using the approved process explained before the service begins. Credit reports and other sensitive records are not accepted through the public website form.

How information will be used

Information submitted through the site will be used to respond to the request, route it to the appropriate service, arrange a conversation, and maintain reasonable business and security records.

Retention

Inquiry submissions are stored privately and automatically deleted after 90 days.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website, and the connected Upstash Redis resource stores inquiry submissions. Stripe processes payments completed through the secure checkout links; Key Navigation does not receive or store complete card details through this website. Additional providers will be identified before scheduling, email notifications, online workshops, or analytics are activated.
