- A written action plan with prioritized next steps

A closer look at Level 3
Hands-on coordination, with every role clearly defined.
Level 3 helps manage the moving pieces from preparation through preapproval. Real estate representation begins only if you choose it and sign the appropriate separate agreements.
- 01
Organize the file
Collect and organize the documents needed for the client’s loan, program, or assistance applications.
- 02
Prepare and coordinate
With your authorization, prepare the packet, submit approved information to the appropriate lender or agency, and coordinate follow-up.
- 03
Keep the process moving
Track outstanding items and deadlines, support grant or down-payment assistance applications when applicable, and attend meetings when needed.
- 04
Represent you separately
After preapproval, you may choose to engage L’quisha separately as your buyer’s real estate agent for the search, offer, inspection, negotiation, and closing process.
Credit-report review
You obtain your reports. You stay in control.
If credit is part of your consultation, you obtain your own free reports and provide them through the approved process explained before paid service begins.
